Business Development
This aspect of our business is geared towards effective identification of client needs and matching them against the solutions that we have. We conduct gap-fit analysis, discussions and product demonstrations in order to understand client needs before we can begin their automation.
Implementation
After a careful analysis of the clients’ requirements, we then begin a process of automating the structures and reporting in order to accommodate both the current and anticipated institutional growth requirement.
Training
We undertake a skills and knowledge transfer to the end users to ensure effective and efficient use of the product. At the end of the training sessions, the trainees are confident to handle the day to day workings of the software, including incidental trouble-shooting.
Support
We take very seriously our customer support. This is conducted by way of telephone, email, and on-site support. We ensure that any non-critical matters are resolved within two working days, while all critical matters are dealt with preferably on the same day.
